Eco-Logic: The Society Of Environmental Journalists

Tuesday’s episode of Ken Gale’s Eco-Logic, Sept. 29, 2015 8 to 9PM on WBAI 99.5 FM Radio. Ken Gale is Host/Producer of Eco-Logic.  As more and more publications and media outlets fire environmental journalists and hire generalists, a gap of environmental knowledge is created.
The Society for Environmental Journalists fills that gap.  Joining me are four of the over 1200 members of SEJ: reporters Roger Witherspoon and Seth Borenstein; Beth Parke, SEJ’s Executive Director; and Jennifer Bogo, Executive Editor, Popular Science Magazine & SEJ Board Member.

We’ll discuss how SEJ fills the knowledge gap, what else SEJ does, and discuss a few environmental issues while we’re at it.
