The Peoples Climate March: A Short Viewing

We know that there were more than 400,000 people in the Peoples Climate March because we stayed at the starting line and in the staging area and walked the whole way beyond the 4 hours 40 minutes that it took to cross that first step at Columbus Circle on the curved way to a backed-up 42nd Street and 11th Avenue. This video shows a few minutes of the many, many people with signs, banners, costumes, floats, bands,…..made, paid for and held in their many diverse hands. ETV Interviews Zephyr Teachout, Democratic Primary Candidate for Governor of NYS, 2014

  Zephyr Teachout spoke at a town hall meeting in Manakating, Sullivan County and was then interviewed by ETV and Bruce Ferguson about her views, vision and plans on Fracking, Climate Change, Energy’s job market, Toxic Waste, NYS’s ability to go 100% renewable and more. Primary candidate Teachout has won two attempts to knock her off September 9th’s Democratic Primary ballot. The People’s Climate March Press Conference

On Wednesday, July 29, 2014, Unions, Environmental Groups, Faith Leaders, Hurricane Sandy people and people from many “walks” of life, rallied and held a Press Conference at Duffy Square, a part of Times Square, to announce their activities leading up to the “People’s Climate March” for 9/21/14.
