803 Knickerbocker:  Multi-Family Passive House Chris Benedict, architect and Henry Gifford, Mechanical Engineer, took their original designs for a 24 unit multi-family, 35,000 square foot building in Brooklyn, NY, @ 805 Knickerbocker and were able to change those designs into a Passive House.
